Identify, develop and implement process efficiencies and improvement opportunities, resulting in streamlined lean critical time lines. Design and automate supporting workflows, which facilitate timeliness, capture key performance indicators, provide analytics of recaptured revenue.

Develop and deploy a system-wide integration portal of asset management tools, that provides easy access to critical data, training materials,  resources, and tools which enable high functioning teams and increase productivity. 

Design a reward system that drives value and rewards quality, as well as quantity,  resulting in increased productivity and income.  Develop on-line bonus program and web-based application with automated workflows, analysis and projections.

Design a Space Inventory System that presents a dynamic graphical representation of mixed-use development space-by-space layout. Provides analytics, query, and visual status of existing and prospective deal status.

Restructure the client's business innovation pipeline. Collaborate across divisions to identify pain points, and create innovative out-of-box solutions. Deploy client-selected innovation model and bulid a platform for continuous improvement.
