Leading company-wide core initiatives that span multiple disciplines which positively impact the financial bottom line.  Before Vision to Solutions, Ms. Schmidt was vice president of Leasing Services and Tenant Coordination departments at The Taubman Company in USA and Asia. She led all related processes, procedures, and technology deployment to ensure continual improvements and optimized frictional vacancy.
